This information is necessary for ongoing verification and audits. User information is retained as long as the account remains active. If an account is dormant or inactive for 12 months, it will be suspended. To reactivate your account, you must contact us and applicable fees will apply for the inactive period.

Furthermore, if the account remains inactive for 6 years, all user information will be
automatically removed from our system. Users can also choose to delete their e-wallet account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated information. MYDINPAY employs robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
